Ingredients (you can vary it up but here's what I used)
- Mushrooms, of course
- one Avocado, mashed
- one Tomato, chopped
- Black Beans
- Cilantro
- Hemp Seeds
- one Lime
- remove mushroom stems and flip over heads so that they look like little bowls
- put a little scoop of black beans in the "bowls" of the mushrooms
- mash up avocado and add chopped tomatoes as guacamole
- add a little scoop of guac to each mushroom
- cilantro can sit on top of the guac
- squeeze lime juice over the tops
- sprinkle hemp seeds over the top
- eat!
