Just looking at a few of these facts might not be enough to decide which nut is better for the body, plus with studies being published every minute of everyday it seems about one's health, it's hard to make firm decisions sometimes! They look almost identical when looking at the nutrition facts, but personally, I always feel better after eating raw almond butter as opposed to raw peanut butter. PB always leaves me feeling a heaviness whereas almonds are lighter and are more flexible in what I can make with them. For example, almond flour, almond milk, granola, as well as putting them in smoothies and energy bars and all sorts of yummy dishes!
