Ingredients:
- ground flaxseed
- hemp flour (I ground up hemp seeds in a coffee bean grinder)
- water
- chopped tomato
- coconut oil
- sesame oil
- black beans
- chopped onion
- quinoa
- lettuce (for the bun)
- honey mustard (to make them happy! because happy is healthy)
- mix flaxseed, hemp flour, coconut oil and water to a good pattie consistency
- knead in chopped tomato, black beans, quinoa, and onions
- add a little spot of sesame oil to a pan
- roll dough into balls and heat the little patties only slightly, until brown on outsides
- add to lettuce bun and make them smile with the honey mustard
