Oh boy are you guys in for a treat! Inspired by ohsheglows, I modified these glorious brownies and they turned out ahhhhhmazing! If you have about 20 minutes to make something rich, moist, chocolatey, and absolutely perfect, trust me, these are your targeted dessert for the day! Here is all you need.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp flax and 3tbsp water (flax egg)
- .5 cup cocoa powder (unsweet)
- .5 cup almond butter or pb
- 1cup of coconut or almond milk
- .25 cup of agave
- .25 tsp baking powder
- 1/8tsp baking soda
- .5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- .5cup dark semi-sweet chocolate chips
Here's what to do:
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- mix flax and water together, put to the side for a few minutes
- mix the dry ingredients together
- mix the wet ingredients together, including the flax egg mix
- mix all of the ingredients into one big bowl of loveee
- pour everything into a brownie pan (I used a small cake pan actually- it worked just fine!)
- pop that puppy into the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes... you might want to check on it at 15 minutes, it should take anywhere from 18-25 minutes!
- open up the oven and eat, eat, eat!
And most importantly, enjoy!
