Almond Joy Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- one frozen banana
- 1.5tbsp raw cacao powder
- handful of sliced almonds (or almond butter)
- .5cup almond milk
- .15cup coconut milk
- handful of shredded coconuts
- handful of raw cacao chunks
- blend everything together in a blender (note: save some sliced almonds, coconut shreds, and cacao chunks to sprinkle on top)
- pour and gobble up!
This is one of my favorite smoothies thus far! It's incredible... and healthy! Which means that you can make more and more and not feel guilty about late night snack cravings! I know, I know, I'm on the banana-nut-coconut-chocolate kick... but seriously guys, it's a fantastic combo that you need to enlighten your taste buds with me! They will sing to you in delight!!!! :)
