quickest recovery

Post-run Kaileigh here! Know what I did right after I got back from my run? I know that I need simple carbohydrates and hydration immediately after exercise to repair broken cells (especially since I'm in the mend right now). Here's what I do- of different variations:

Coconut-Strawberry Recovery Draaaaank:

I poured half a cup full of coconut juice, filling it with water, and tossed in strawberry icecubes (just frozen strawberries). Ahhhhhh- refreshing after the heat, hydrating after all the sweating, and tasty :) Don't forget your fruits!
